Flour-less Banana Pancakes


  • 2X Eggs
  • 1X Banana


In a bowl, mash your banana with a fork. Once the banana is mashed, add in both of your eggs. Wisk everything together. You may also add some cinnamon. Heat your pan to medium-high heat. Place some coconut oil in the pan and then put half the banana pancake batter into the pan in a circular shape. Wait a couple of minutes and then flip. Again wait a couple more minutes and your pancake is ready.  These taste awesome and are very healthy. This is a great breakfast for Celiacs or anyone. High in protein, low in carbs, a great way to start off the day!
